An after-hours surcharge of R100 will be charged over and above the standard rate for every hour from 17:00 and 23:00. We request our guests to be ready for their treatments 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to create a relaxed environment. We encourage our guests to notify us a minimum of ve hours prior to the treatment if they are unable to keep to their appointment. This is to avoid cancellation fees being charged. In the case of a late arrival for in room treatments, it may result in the treatment time being reduced and the treatment being concluded at the original time.
