Our location is unlike any other in South Florida. e beachfront setting of Red Fish Grill, located in Matheson Hammock Park, provides a secluded spot, with an unparalleled view, to hold any special event. Facilities Rental Rental of the Red Fish Grill facilities for an event does not include any

supplies or services other than those specically included in these guidelines. Our facilities will hold a maximum of 140 guests per event. Weddings will have a contracted time span of ve hours. In this contracted time, the client can choose to hold the wedding ceremony and reception, or the wedding reception only. ere is no extra charge to hold the ceremony at Red Fish Grill. If the client chooses to hold the ceremony on the beach property, the set up cannot begin before 5:00pm. All delivery trucks with rental equipment must park in the parking lot and are not permitted

to drive on the beach property. All rental equipment must be carried to the ceremony location. In the event that a wedding should exceed the contracted time, there will be an overtime fee charged to the client. Evening events may be held between 5:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. All events must conclude by 1:00 a.m. e rental of Red Fish Grill facilities will include all tables, chairs, white linens, chinaware, silverware, and glassware. If the client wishes to use anything other than the specic items provided by Red Fish Grill, the client can rent any outside items and will incur the

charges of such rentals. In regards to the furniture at Red Fish Grill, all indoor furniture must remain in place and cannot be switched for rental furniture. All outdoor furniture may be changed for rental furniture at the expense of the client. Red Fish Grill will provide an Unlimited Bar during the contracted hours of the event. is will include a selection of selected red and white wines, sparkling wine, beer, and so drinks. A toast can be provided at no extra charge, if desired by the client. Red Fish Grill does not provide any liquor. If the client wishes to supply liquor

for the event, they can do so prior to the start of the event. In the event that the client does wish to supply liquor, Red Fish Grill will provide a portable bar, bartenders, and mixers limited to Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sprite, Tonic Water, Club Soda, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Red Fish Grill will provide all contracted food and service for the reception. e tentative schedule for the event will consist of a rst course of passed hors d’oeuvres to be served within the rst hour of the contracted time. e second hour of the reception will consist of a sit-down

dinner, in which salad is served

for the second course, followed by a choice from pre-selected entrees for the third course, consisting of a sh, chicken and steak selection. All beverages will be served throughout the contracted time. In regards to weddings, once the sit-down dinner is concluded, the wedding cake portion of the reception will take place. Red Fish Grill does not provide dessert as per the wedding agreement; therefore the client must order the wedding cake and handle the delivery of such prior to the contracted start of the event. Red Fish Grill will cut

and serve the cake, which will be accompanied by coee service. Events Pricing e pricing for weddings/ private events to be held at Red Fish Grill is based upon our High and Low Seasons. e High Season for Red Fish Grill facilities begins on October 1st and concludes on June 30th. e Low Season begins on July 1st and concludes on September 30th. e pricing listed below is for events held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights only. Pricing for events held Monday through ursday will be lower in cost, and will be calculated on an individual basis. All

prices are subject to change as determined by Red Fish Grill. All-Inclusive Pricing High Season (October 1–June 30) Friday Night: $16,000 Saturday Night: $18,000 Sunday Night: $14,000 Low Season (July 1–September 30) Friday Night: $14,000 Saturday Night: $16,000 Sunday Night: $14,000 Food and Service Charge e pricing for weddings and private events is all-inclusive. is set price includes all contracted beverages, food, servers, setting-up and breaking-down of the event. All applicable sales taxes and service charges are included in the set price. Overtime Fees Events are

contracted to last ve hours. In the event that the client chooses to extend the contracted time of ve hours, a charge of $500 per half hour over the allotted time will be charged to the client. e overtime cannot exceed two hours past the contracted time, or past 1:00 a.m., whichever is rst.
