Slide7Linda McShane, of the Baystate Medical Center, Patient and Family Advisory Council, talked about wrapping your arms around patient suffering. Linda closed the session with a quote by Edward Everett Hale: “I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.”
