The area is confronted with immense lack of awareness on the part of parents especially mothers, leading to problems like low quality education and health, poverty and unemployment which can be overcome through motivation and engagement. Slide5
Slide6

Vision and Mission

Vision: A prosperous, tolerant, progressive, and flourishing populous.

Mission:

We provide quality services to enrich capabilities of women in order to boost employment, education and health advocacy and alleviate poverty through qualified mentors to the people of Murree. Slide7

Theory of change

By

creating awareness among mothers we believe we can strengthen and develop the community

better than any other approach because women lie at the core of every family.By carrying out a program which focuses on the skill development of mothers unemployment in the area can be decreased.

By conducting counseling session with mothers we can boost education of children by educating mothers. We can make mothers realize that healthy children would give rise to healthy community.Slide8

Solution

Services: Women mentoring (with a focus on mothers).

We will establish a skill development institute for women which would also include awareness and counseling session with women of the community.Slide9

Activities

we

would perform

Building skills of women especially mothers via training sessions (teaching them Balochi and Gilgiti embroidery)

Awareness sessions on issues like children education, health and family planning. One to one counseling of mothers.Sports competitions for school children in vocationsWe would regularly organize environmental campaigns to boost cleanliness in the areaCustomers: Women of the communitySlide10

Competition in the area.

There are various vocational training centers in

M

urree which do not cover aspects of awareness and counseling. There are no trained mentors or if there was a skilled mentor she was not paid at par because of which the quality was effected. Mismanagement of the training institutes.
