TAKE AWAYS ALLOWED OR OWN BEVERAGES. WEDDING ACCOMMODATION At Heja Game Lodge we offer 6 luxury rooms and 44 standard rooms. The luxury rooms consist of a double bed, small veranda, some of these units double up as honeymoon suites. The standard units have two single beds per unit, six of these units convert into f amily units, resulting in three family units. These family units consist of four single beds with an interlinking door between the two units. We work on a first come, first serve basis at Heja Game Lodge. In order to confirm accommodation, we require a 5 0% deposit from guests. Where you (bridal couple / organiser / events planner) wish to do a block booking, please note that you as bridal couple / organiser / events planner will be required to pay a 50% deposit on all the rooms block booked at your soone st convenience as unconfirmed bookings are available to any interested party. We allow a maximum of four people per unit, consisting of: - T wo adults and two children, or One adult and three children. With 13 years and older and especially wh ere there might be another child between 13 – 21 years, we recommend that where a family unit is not available, you make use of two adjacent units as the children are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.
