Moringa

oleifera (Horse radish tree, Ben oil tree, drumstick, moringa [English], mzunze, mrongo [Swahili], muzungwi [Chonyi, Giriama, Kambe], hocholoch [Daasanach], muzungwa [Sanya], muguunda [Tharaka]), flowers are a popular food item in the Indian Subcontinent. The cooked flowers, are eaten either mixed with other foods or fried in butter and have been shown to be rich in potassium and calcium.
