Get watercolor paints, paper towel, and watercolor container from the back

Think about your favorite place

Start looking up images of that place

If you find any image you like, save it or take a screen shot of it

If you need a device we have an iPad

atmosphere on the colors of things seen at a distance.

Monochromatic(one color) Landscapes Showing Atmospheric Perspective

Start with your background

Work from the back to the front

Light to dark

You can draw out your lines with a lighter color or REALLY lightly with a pencil

Then gradually paint each part of the landscape a darker color with the darkest color in the front

DUE at the end of class

Clean up your area

Put away all your supplies except your brushes(turn those in clean on the way out)

Make sure your name in on your painting(not on the tape)

If your painting is wet, leave it out to dry, if it’s dry pull the tape up, and turn it in on your way out
