Database and Trigger Trigger for workflow is on the creation of a new record with a “Workflow Flag” of “S” for submitted. Database is a custom Banner table created for Tuition Waivers Database captures all info from the submitted form such as requester PIDM, student PIDM, number of credits, semester, etc. Tip from Experience: Be flexible with your database design. We had to add several columns after we realized we needed to collect an additional piece of data.Example: We didn’t think about recording what amount or exemption code was used until we thought through the Administration Page layout.
