Winter Solstice Ride Planning  Thursday, December 19 th @ 6pm (start and finish)  Potluck following at Bridge Outdoors  Prizes for costumes and decorated bikes II. JBR Kiosk -  In transit (might be and installed already by the time you read the minutes) III. WyDOT signs for JBR  Opted to purchase th e biggest, wordiest one. It will read “Johnny Behind the Rocks Recreation Area” with an arrow pointing to the turn off. There will be two sign (both sides of highway. $2,400.00. WyDOT will install. IV. Jurassic Classic Debrief  Broke even this year.  Mor e out of town racers/ riders this year.  Cut - off times for next year, maybe a better radio communication network along the course  Looking at September 6 th for next year, more advanced advertising/ PR, and local committee members to head it up. V. Bylaws Comm ittee  Cade said he’d get these done again - maybe by Nov. meeting. VI. Officer/ Committee/ board member elections  Will take nominations at November meeting (before and after - just email Scott V. or an current officer) Looking at expanding board positions to cover the FART, Jurassic Classic, Trails and Bike advocacy  Will vote on officers at December meeting VII. Letter from group opposed to pathway by Mortimore loop  Cade presented a letter from a group advocating against a walk/ bike pathway on Mortimore. He encouraged members to express their views as well.
