Most asked question over the past month:

When did Minnesota become a right-to-work state?Answer: We aren’t yet, but if (when) the Janus case is decided in the Supreme Court, we will have the same ability to collect dues from all members as a right-to-work state.

After Janus: Non-members = No dues paid, yet all benefits received.

According to Education Minnesota, Union memberships in states that adopt Right-to—Work legislation drops 15% to 20% in the first year. The budget for next year aimed to cut ~15% from our discretionary spending
