What?

Program

The focus is to develop the abilities of

persons

to engage in accredited education and/or employment.

This may not occur through a single program alone.

The program must demonstrate and provide evidence that there were an increase in skills and capabilities of the people who had engaged in the program.

person who is currently unable to effectively participate in accredited education and/or employment due to

educational, social

economic disadvantage.

Also includes vulnerable

workers who

are struggling

to maintain a job and at risk of unemployment due

to a lack

of confidence or limited skills and capabilities.
