How to pluralize nouns

If a noun ends in a vowel, add -s. If a noun ends in a consonant, add -es. If a noun ends in a -z, change the z to c, then add –es. If a noun ends in ión, drop the accent mark, then add -es.

Follow this formula to get your answer correct:

Hace+period of time+que+subject pronoun+conjugated verb in present tense.“Hace” will never change. “Que” will never change.Always use the correct verb ending on your verb! Do not use an –ar verb ending on an –er/-ir verb and vice versa.

Regular Present Tense

The Present Tense is a verb tense that is used to tell what is happening now. It is very similar to the Present Progressive. In order to conjugate (change) a verb to the present tense:

a. drop the last two letters from the

infinitive (basic form of the verb)

b. add the appropriate ending according to the subject and the type of verb:
