When you have a guaranteed reservation at a St Stephen's Hotel or Resort and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason, we will arrange accommodation for you at another hotel at our expense. St Stephen's will provide you with a complimentary long distance phone call, transfer you to the other hotel and provide transportation back to our hotel where we wanted you to be in the first place.Family Plan

St Stephen's's Family Plan provides children under 12 free accommodations when staying in the same room with their parents, up to a maximum of 2 children per room.Children's Meal PlanIn City hotels: children of registered hotel guests under the age of 6 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals in All Day Dining and Pool Cafes when accompanied by a paying adult, up to a maximum of 2 children. In excess of 2 children under the age of 6 and for all children above 6 and below 12, a 50% discount of the buffet price will be given.

In Resorts: children of registered hotel guests under the age of 12 can enjoy complimentary buffet meals in All Day Dining and Pool Cafes when accompanied by a paying adult, up to a maximum of 2 children. In excess of 2 children under the age of 12, a 50% discount of the buffet price will be given.

In both City hotels and Resorts: for non-registered guests, 50% discount will be given on buffet meals in the All Day Dining outlet for children under the age of 12.

The Resort entertained 8000 families last year and 10% are returned customers.

The Newly Wed Villas – For the romantic couple who have just signed a vow to spend the rest of their lives together. The resort has a special sanctuary that separates this group of customers who prefer tranquility. The special packages offered has been so attractive that this is at least 25% of the resorts revenue.The Standard Villa– For holiday makers who just want to get away for a great and memorable experience. Last year, this number increased to 30% of the Resorts total revenue This year they have invited Distributors of Pepsi Co, Coca Cola, Mars, Royce, makers of best Japanese chips
