What will yall do? Stand around and recycle? Or, how does that ZC: No, sir. And were certainly proud to Texas program. Weve initiated a proud partner program, and theyre the first proud Texas family-owned business to paRecycle Day, it is an annual event, to sort of promote our partnership program. so you can bring a lot of good that you dont need around the house anymore, instead of throwing them away and put them to good use and somebody purchase them out at their facility. So, well be there from 9-am, and show that partnership we have B: And a good thing, I guess, to take the family to and expose them to the notion of ZC: Well, weve got a tremendous record. our TV and computer manufacturers alone collected more than 40 million pounds of electronics from Texans, so that cMunicipal Solid Waste Facilities reported over 1.2 million tons of materials diverted from their landfills to recycling. So, theres certainly monetary value and some environmental value. Ive been around, working at or with TCEQ over the new landfill, so anything we can do there just makes it easier for the community. B: You know what? Id be remiss to not menyou to put a position to do so, recognizing that you cant endorse a commercial that isnt really a landfill, like Texas Disposal Systems, TDS, does? Ive known Bob Gregor for a long time, and Ive been out to his facility, and its impressive when you can almost make your landfill look like a destination location, with what theyve done out there, its very impressive.
