Average Sunday Attendance has doubled in three years!Number of households participating in the annual stewardship campaign (Estimated Annual Giving) has more than doubled in three years! The Estimated Giving for 2017 is almost exactly doubled in three years!Charitable giving by the parish quadrupled in three years!Slide5

L

indisfarne

HallNamed for this Holy Island off the north east coast of England just a few miles south of Scotland.

Where St. Aidan, a great Celtic Anglican Saint…

Built a great Abbey, that produced more great saints for the Anglican faith

And converted Northern England to Christ – from a small island in the seaSlide16

HallBringing North East Florida to Christ through Education from Amelia Island

Fun Fact:

St. Aidan’s mission on Lindisfarne was so successful that the Island was renamed by the Roman’s

Sacra IsleThe Holy Island!

Someday, by God’s Grace,

Amelia Island may be known as

The Holy Island, Florida!

Another Way to measure our progress is to review our accomplishments, especially those that stretched our faith as well as our muscles.

Year One: Parking Lot / Columbarium / Chancel Year Two: Curate for Youth & Family MinistryYear Three: Good Shepherd Classical Education MinistryYear Four: ?Slide18

Rector’s Report, continued

Year Four – 2017

Build the ministry of Lindisfarne Hall and the mission of educating the children of North Florida for Christ’s sake! If you have a million dollars to donate, let’s talk today!Parish Growth! Average Sunday Attendance goal increased by 25% this time next year!Slide19

Rector’s Report, continued

Year Four – 2017

Build the ministry of Lindisfarne Hall Parish GrowthOne more thing…A new (to us) Pipe OrganThe organ we have is old and in need of expensive repairs. A refurbished pipe organ can be purchased for not much more than repair and replace what we have. A pipe organ would add “gravitas” to our worship.Slide20

Rector’s Report, continued

FYI, beyond this parish I have the following ministries / duties /

drudgeries:Member of the Provincial Standing CommitteeMember of the Diocesan Standing CommitteeThe Home Mission BoardThe Foreign Missions BoardSlide21
