Method:Cut any stoned fruit in halfRemove the stones peel any fruit that needs peelingCut the fruit into even piecesPut your fruit into a cool pan and turn onto a medium heatAdd the sugar add the 3tsp to rhubarb, 2tsp to any other fruit, add more if it needs itAdd 2tbs of water and cook on medium heat with the lid. Once the fruit has softened remove lid and let liquid reduceCrumble:Preheat oven to 180/350/gas 4 place your fruit into an oven proof dish or ramikinsCombine the cold butter with flour and sugarMake crumble mixture by rubbing it together with your fingersOnce mixture resembles bread- crumbs sprinkle it over your bowl of fruit bake it in the hot oven for 15/20 min or until the fruit is bubbling up at the sidesServe with custard or ice cream
