Performance by A Cowgirl, A Diva and A Shameless Hussy - Becky Hobbs, Benita Hill, and Kacey Jones Client provides: Airfare for three , plus three hotel rooms for overnight stay; vouchers for 1 evening meal and 1 breakfast per person; a ll ground transportation, including airport pick up and drop off; also to and from venue. PA/sound system, 3 vocal mics plus two weighted 88 key electric piano/keyboards ; 2 adjustable piano benches and one stool(for Kacey,who plays guitar) All accompanyin g cords, XLR's, direct boxes and monitors for vocals,guitar and keyboards to run direct through the PA; three music stands A COWGIRL, A DIVA, AND A SHAMELESS HUSSY PER FORMANCE R IDER AGREEMENT This agreement is between Becky Hobbs, Benita Hill and Kacey Jones dba A Cowgirl, A Diva and A Shameless Hussy (Artists) and (Venue) . Both parties agree that load - in and sound check w ill occur at time TBD and that Venue will provide location of Artists ’ entrance and that someone to assist Artists upon arrival . 1) Billing : Advertising and printed material shall include the following description: “A Cowgirl , A Diva, and A Shameless Hus sy” Featuring H it - S ongwriters, Becky Hobbs, Benita Hill, and Kacey Jones Venue agrees to utilize all available avenues and means to advertise this performance. Artists shall make themselves available, with advance notice from Venue, for interviews wit h local radio, magazine, newspapers, etc. to help promote show. 2) Staging and Instruments : Artists agree to provide t heir own instruments, including two electric pianos and an acoustic - electric guitar. Venue will provide three chairs on stage. 3) Sound: Venue agrees to provide full sound system appropriate to hall including three microphones with boom stands, monitors, plus direct input for artists’ instruments. 4) Merchandise: Venue agrees to provide one 8 - foot table in high - traffic area where Artists may sell CDs and merchandise and sign autographs. Venue agrees that Artists may keep all monies from sales of CD s and merchandise . 5) Hotel: Venue agrees to provide three single hotel rooms for Artists’ use for two night s , including night prior to and nig ht of performance. Artists will provide their own transportation. 6) Hospitality: Venue agrees to provide a meat - free meal (fish and cheese are good) including fruits and vegetables prior to performance. Bottled water, coffee, and tea are requested, but no soft drinks are necessary .
