Abstract. In this work, we use chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique to synthesize CdS 1D-nanostructures (nanobelts & Sea-Urchin like nanostructures). The morphological characterizations of the product were examined by optical microscope, while optical properties are investigated by Photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy.
