The Certifying Officials have 30 days, per the VA, to certify your educational benefits. The 30 day clock starts on the first day of the new Term.
The Certifying Officials are the only ones authorized by the VA to certify your benefits. They are all located at Kendall Campus, Building R.You will receive Tuition and Fees paid directly to MDC. Ch 31 and 33. All others will receive payments directly sent to them by the VA. (Ch 30, 35 and 1606)Depending on your chapter you will receive Stipends for books and housing allowance. How is the housing allowance? Goes by the school zip code, full time student averages around 2,100 dollars. You will receive an email certification notification when you are certified for the Term.Slide8
