Involvement of community from planning to implementation stage followed by training in operation and management of common asset is essential.Activities should be need based rather than demand driven. For this PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) and microplanning with community is essential.At village level youth are selected and trained as " change agent “ to support in programme.Women are involved in all activities.Ownership is created in the community for the success of our efforts.
