To encourage credit unions in their mission Congress exempted credit unions from federal income taxes However many of todays credit unions bear little resemblance to the industry that received this special tax exemption and today have become indisti Current policy states that in order to be eligible for the restoration of rights by Governor Terry R McAuliffe an applicant must be free from supervised probation and not have any convictions or ch arges pending for a period of three 3 years immedi 14 Offense: Level of Play. The “14 Offense” is a 1-4-1 based offense that is simple in formation but requires long passes and the ability to dodge at all four perimeter positions. 14 also allows for a variety of different “looks” and differentials and should therefore be considered a more intricate, higher level offense. .
