Over how many instalments will the cost of prepayment of my membership be spread?The cost of prepayment can be spread over a period of 1-12 months with payments of equal value being made by Direct Debit. The payments must be over consecutive months. You can select the number of instalments you prefer to pay but you cannot pay by more than 12 instalments and the nal payment must be made in March of the season to which payments relate.Q. When will my payments be made?If you opt for a single annual payment, it will be made on or around the 25th of the rst eligible payment month after purchase and then on or around 25th April each year thereafter. If you opt for 2 to 12 instalments, they will start on or around 25th of the rst available month and continue to be made on the 25th of each consecutive payment month in respect of your membership for the forthcoming season. We will provide you with a written payment plan so that you know exactly when your payments will be made. This plan will be provided to you before any payments are taken from your account.Q. Will my Direct Debit automatically renew each season?Yes. Your membership will renew each season with the rst payment on or around 25th April; you will not need to do anything. We will send you a renewal notice with the option to vary the number of monthly payments or to cancel the Direct Debit a minimum of 20 working days before your renewal is processed. If you wish to vary the number of monthly payments or cancel your payment plan you must return your instruction within 10 working days of receiving the renewal notice, otherwise your payment plan will continue as per Q. Can I set up my Direct Debit online?For the 2015/16 season, the completion of the paper form is required. For future seasons a Direct Debit payment plan can be set up online.Q. What happens if I miss a payment or I cancel my Direct Debit before the full payment If a payment is missed or you cancel your Direct Debit before full payment has been made, your membership card will be deactivated for all matches until you have paid all outstanding instalments. Your Member benets will also be deactivated. A charge of £10 will be payable for each payment missed before your membership card and benets are reactivated. This can be paid in person or over the telephone by calling the Ticket Ofce If a payment is missed the Club reserves the right to terminate your membership. The timing of the termination of your membership will be at the discretion of the Club after following the process set out in paragraph 2.7 of section 2 of the Membership Terms and Conditions and no refunds will be given in respect of Member benets that have been Q. How long does it take to set up the Direct Debit?The process takes approximately 15 working days before the rst payment can be made. If payment cannot be made in the month of purchase, it will begin the following month.Q. Can I pay for more than one membership with one Direct Debit?A. No. Individual Direct Debit payment plans are required for each membership.Q. Can I pay for my additional benets as part of my payment plan?Unfortunately, no.
