The pre-forms are heated and shaped into bottles. The bottles are brought to the bottling plant where they are filled with water. M anufacturing
The bottles are ready for you so they are transported to the store. You purchase the bottle of water and bring it to your house. Consumer
People Drink the water from the bottleSometimes the bottles are reused but usually they are not. Use
Putting the water bottles in the recyclingLocal trucks pick up the recycling and bring it to a plantHere it is separated and pulverized into smaller plastic pieces Then they are cleaned and melted down, then they can be shaped into other products such as carpetsRecycle
If the bottles are thrown into a garbage can they will be picked up by the local garbage disposal companyThen they are brought to a dump (landfill)It takes about 1000 years for a water bottle to decompose These landfills are sometimes turned into ski hills but usually they are just left there doing nothingGarbage (Wasted)
