CH̄T؇ 59 – ఁR̄ ẎDS ఏထion 59.01 Џ᠙it Required No pe᠟on, fi᠙ o᠈co᠞oᠢtion ἣall opeᠢte, ᤢintain o᠈have in the Town of Hull a ya᠜ o᠈plaဏ fo᠈the ἑorage of jun⨠ pape᠈o᠈othe᠈waἑe mate᠒alἈwithout fi᠟t Ἇcu᠒ng f᠓ᤈthe Town ⬓ard a pe᠙it to opeᠢte o᠈maintain suဣ a ya᠜ o᠈place of buἒne἟. ఏထion 59.02 Fee and Duᠢtion of Џ᠙it The fee fo᠈a pe᠙it ἣall be $10.00 pe᠈year and ἣall ဓver the period f᠓ᤈJuly of eaဣ year to 〛ne 30 th of the following yea᠕ The pe᠙it ἣall be i἟ued by aထion of the Town ⬓ard upon p᠓pe᠈appliဢtion and payᤏnt of the fee. ఏထion 59.03 Fenဒng and ㈢intenanဏ of ఢnitary ConditionἈRequired It ἣall be unlawful to ᤢintain any ya᠜ fo᠈the ἑoᠢge of jun⨠ pape᠈o᠈other waἑe mate᠒alἈunle἟ the ya᠜ iἈencloἏd with a fence not le἟ than eight 㐵㘈feet in height and so ဓnἑ᠛ထed that pape᠈o᠈othe᠈ᤢte᠒alἈcannot be blown th᠓ugh or unde᠈the encloἛ᠏; the ya᠜ ἣall be ᤢintained in a sanitaᠧ ဓndition ἓ aἈnot to ဘeate a nuiἢnဏ, and ἣall be ⨏pt clean ἓ that the᠏ will be no obnoxiouἈodo᠕ ఏထion 59.04 ㈒niᤛᤈDiἑanဏ F᠓m Reἒdential Land No ya᠜ ἣall be ဓnἑ᠛ထed o᠈ᤢintained within 1000 feet of an✈ἑ᠛ထu᠏ oတupied fo᠈᠏sidential pu᠞oἏd. ఏထion 59.05 Џnalty ̔yone violating the proviἒonἈof thiἈo᠜inance shall be fined not le἟ than $10.00 no᠈ᤓ᠏ than $100.00. ఏထion 59.06 ఏveᠢbility If any seထion, subἏထion, Ἇntenဏ, clauἏ, phᠢse o᠈po᠑ion of thiἈo᠜inanဏ iἈfo᠈an✈᠏ason held invalid o᠈unဓnἑitutional by any cou᠑ of ဓᤞetent ju᠒Ἔiထion, Ἓch p᠓viἒon and Ἓch holding ἣall not affeထ the validit✈of the ᠏ᤢining po᠑ions thereof. ఏထion 59.07 Л᠞oἏ and ءfeထive Date ThiἈordinanဏ iἈpa἟ed fo᠈the p᠓teထion of the health of the ဓᤙunity and in the inte᠏ἑ of the publiဈwelfa᠏, and shall beဓᤏ effeထive upon pa἟age and publiဢtion.
