Must apply if US passport was issued when you were 16 or younger.
If your previous lost, stolen, or damaged.
Your previous passport was issued more than 15 yrs. Ago.
Your name has changed since your US passport was issued and your unable to legally document your name change. Slide4

The standard fee is $110.00
There may be an add. $25.00 charge from the passport agency.
There is a $60.00 expedition fee for passport processing taking less than 4 to 6 weeks.
Passport Renewal
: check the expiration date. Passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond the end date of the study abroad program.

The passport card is less expensive than a passport book, but can only be used to re-enter the US at land borders crossings and sea port- of-entry from:
