This program was set with three (3) different levels, Beginning level for new students, Intermediate level or more advance students and Advance level or those students mastering the program. This program was set up to motivate law enforcement personnel in continuing their de fensive tactics training. This phase of Keisatsu Jujitsu was called Law Enforcement Motivation Self - Defense Skills. Tim White designed this program for those persons who didn’t want the traditional training . However, it was designed for those who interest ed in the self - defense training and the control violent subjects. Today Keisatsu Jujitsu is only taught by a handful of black belt instructors. Some of those instructors have incorporated it into their traditional martial arts systems. Keisatsu Juj itsu is a combination of Molum Kung fu and the Jitsu arts. Some of the techniques are fast and light like that of Kung fu, and others are hard and deliberate like that of jujitsu to include that of throws and lockup techniques. In 1983, Master White took his Kung fu system and combined his Keisatsu Jujitsu system and formed Molum Combat Arts. While

stationed with the Army in Germany, Master White trained kids and black belts in this unique training method for both self - defense and sport alike. Master Wh ite has a long lineage in the martial arts. Molum Kung Fu: Master White’s Sijo, Master Felix Wong was his favorite Kung fu Sifu. Master Wong expressed to him that understanding is the key to success in the martial arts, and that you always have an altern ative. Master White’s classmates, Myron Fitch and Mark Driver, had different schools of thought on Molum Kung fu, and trained in different areas of the system, but the end result would be to be the best fighters and teachers they could be. Today the cha llenge is to learn the way you want to learn and incorporate the martial arts into your daily life and to feel confident and safe in the things you do every day. 1 Molum Kung Fu: Molum is an eclectic system with is a combination of Forms, Weapons and fighting from six various systems of Martial Arts. The systems are Wing Chun, Jow - Ga, Bak Mei, Choi li fut, Keisatsu Jujitsu, and 7 stars Preying Mantis. These systems are the base for the Molum Combat Arts system. Keisatsu Jujitsu: Keisatsu Juji tsu was designed to motivate law enforcement officers in continuing their self - defense training and give them a progression without going through the classical training. Keisatsu Jujitsu is a combination of Self - defense techniques, wrist locks, joint lock s, kicking and punching. Sparring is not the main stream of the fighting; however, reflex training is the key to self - defense and subject control. Keisatsu Jujitsu was also known as Law Enforcement Motivation Skills or LEMSS. Keisatsu Jujitsu was develo ped into a Martial Arts System when Master White decided that he didn’t have to use classical training to train those who wanted to train and still progress in a martial arts system. This system has rank requirements up to 4 th Degree Black Belt. The highe st Rank to be held in this system is currently 9 th Dan. Promotions to higher ranks depend on contributions to the art, teaching and dedication to the system.
