Coyote ran between the
hunters, and the shooter
failed to look beyond his target.

Arrow was not in a
quiver. When
ATV
rolled the
arrow punctured lower
abdomen.
This was considered a violation (loaded firearm in a vehicle
).
Duck
Hunting –
Non Fatal

Shotgun (Self-inflicted)
Factor –
Safety was off and barrel was not pointed in a safe
direction.
While pulling the shotgun out of
the
blind,
the firearm
went
off
striking the individual in the foot.
Deer
Hunting –

– Rifle

Loaded Firearm in a
Vehicle.
Driver passed the firearm over to the passenger in the vehicle. Firearm went off striking passenger in the foot.

Individual was in a hurry to get out the vehicle to take a shot at a deer. Rifle went off hitting his foot.
