Transition Policy and Practice Session 5: Interagency Collaboration

1. Objectives: Overview and best practices related to Interagency Collaboration (using Transition Taxonomy 2.0 and Effective Practices and Predictors Documents.) 2. Initial Data: Attendees will complete the response to learning section related to this using prior and current knowledge. 3. Teaching: Examination of Interagency Collaboration effective practices and predictors 4. Guided Practice: Attendees will create a list of possible practices or predictors to implement in their classrooms 5. Assessment: Attendees will share the model with instructors.
