Recreational Infrastructure Revenue Enhancement (RIRE) Grant Program Summary of Changes – November 2019 To the Draft Procedural Guide and Eligibility Solicitation Questionnaire NOTE: In both documents, changes can be seen in the color PURPLE and BOLD 14 - p oin t Arial font. Procedural Guide  “Program Description” on p. 4: Clarification has been made regarding funds to be awarded proportionally based on the population of the voting area.  “Eligible Recipients” section on p. 4: Definitions and require ments for qualifying measures have been added.  “Eligible Recipients” section on p. 4: “Aimed at” definition have been revised.  “Eligible Recipients” section on p. 4: “Improving or enhancing local or regional park infrastructure” definition has been revised.  “Allocations” section on pg. 4: The department will create a web link to eligible local agencies and allocation amounts.  “Eligible Projects” section on p. 5: Information regarding the location of projects has been added.  “Definitions” secti on on p. 51: The definition of “Contract” has been added. Eligibility Solicitation Questionnaire (previously “Eligibility Memo”)  Definitions and requirements for qualifying measures have been added.  Definitions for “aimed at” and improving or enhancing l ocal or regional park infrastructure” have been revised.  Clarification has been made regarding population estimates in voting areas that passed measures.
