Procedural Guide “Program Description” on p. 4: Clarification has been made regarding funds to be awarded proportionally based on the population of the voting area. “Eligible Recipients” section on p. 4: Definitions and require ments for qualifying measures have been added. “Eligible Recipients” section on p. 4: “Aimed at” definition have been revised. “Eligible Recipients” section on p. 4: “Improving or enhancing local or regional park infrastructure” definition has been revised. “Allocations” section on pg. 4: The department will create a web link to eligible local agencies and allocation amounts. “Eligible Projects” section on p. 5: Information regarding the location of projects has been added. “Definitions” secti on on p. 51: The definition of “Contract” has been added.
