Medicare: medicare.gov To continue medical coverage as a retiree, you and your spouse/partner MUST BOTH enroll in Medicare Parts A & B if/when eligible: Part A – Hospitalization Part B – Primary Care Do not enroll in Medicare D - Prescription Drug coverage since retirement medical plan options may have an Rx.
