Districts are drawn and approved by Council based on ACS Bylaws and populations within each District. Regions are historic and don’t have to change. Do all section pay the same for elections and how can we reduce these costs? Local sections pay differing amounts to hold elections based on the number of ballots needed and the methods of delivery for those ballots.
