In fulfilling its legal obligation, the Department must produce and table an APP annually to Parliament. The Strategic Plan should cover a period of at least five years and can be amended during the five-year period it covers. The 2020/21 APP represents the first year of activities towards achieving the objectives contained in the DBE Strategic Plan 2020/21-2024/25. The DBE’s Strategic
