Prof. (Economics) Meaning Achievement Test is a test of developed skill or knowledge Measures skills and knowledge developed through planned instruction It is what and how a individual has learned Measures how quickly, how accurately and at what level individual can perform a task Measures proficiency, mastery and understanding Definition Any test that measures accomplishment of an individual after a period of training or learning(N.M.
