Cash benefit(s) for a covered injury, related services and treatments including: Diagnostic exams, x-rays and other emergency services Initial and follow-up physician visits Ambulance transportation Bone fractures and dislocation incidents Follow-up/recovery services Physical therapy and chiropractic care HOW THE COVERAGE WORKS You, your spouse and your dependent children are eligible for coverage. You choose the amount of coverage available at the time of enrollment. Coverage is available with guaranteed acceptance. You’ll receive a direct payment for a covered injury and related services. ACCIDENT INSURANCE WHY DO I NEED IT? Accident insurance can help relieve the financial impact of a covered accident. You can use the direct payment(s) in any way you choose including: Deductibles and co-insurance Everyday living expenses like bills, groceries, and rent/mortgage Your health insurance may pick up most of the tab, but leave you with out-of-pocket expenses that add up quickly.
