Sending a quote allows you to handover your trip itinerary to your school arranger (booker). 18/11/2020 key Travel: Quotes Process<br>
slide2. Log onto Key Travel and select your travel options
When you add to basket the shopping trolley will indicate a trip has been selected 18/11/2020 key Travel: Quotes Process<br>
slide3. Select Save quote You will be prompted for Traveller details. Click on the pencil 18/11/2020 key Travel: Quotes Process<br>
slide4. Type in your email address and select 18/11/2020 key Travel: Quotes Process<br>
slide5. Save Quote. Use this information to obtain SLT approval. You will also require a completed risk assessment to support your travel request 18/11/2020 key Travel: Quotes Process<br>
slide6. One you have SLT approval, log into Key Travel and select suitcase (saved quotes) 18/11/2020 key Travel: Quotes Process<br>

Enter information required for the booker: activity code/task code (if applicable)/ reason for travel/ name of SLT approver Type in email address of your arranger You can now send your quotes to your arranger.
