Nurses are responsible for providing the client with a safe environment through the delivery of professional, quality nursing care that includes safety precautions, infection control practices, and hygiene assistance.<br>

and illness prevention. A safe environment reduces:
1- the risk of accidents

2- Patients will come into contact with many members of staff who can
potentially spread the microorganisms and infections between patients.
3- Large amounts of waste contaminated with blood and body substances are handled and processed in health care settings increasing the risk of infection.<br>
