When the reefer container is loaded on the ship sailing on the ocean, the data cannot be timely transmitted to the MR platform, which will lead to the unavailable of the real-time data on the MR platform. During the voyage of the ship, our crew will check the temperature of the reefer container regularly, and eliminate problems in time. Please don’t worry. When the ship arrives at the port, the temperature data of the MR reefer container on the ocean will be all transmitted to the MR platform for query.
When the tracking status of the reefer container appears gray in land-transit, it may be caused by power failure.<br>
