Focus on data in FY22 Library Data Cleanup Project Jul-Sep 2021 Pre-work Oct 2021-Jan 2022 Extract and Data Sync Jan – May 2022 Post work June 2022 Submit Project Report Benefits current metadata, FOLIO transition, projects such as RapidILL Where We Are with Implementation Data mapping/loading Done: Loans, Users, Vendors, Orders, Finance, Courses, Inventory/SRS Permissions Implementation Teams have reviewed permission sets and roles Apps in production ERM, Courses, Inventory Proposal – Fall 2021 Proposal: Direction of Implementation Finish work that was scheduled through December 2021/Kiwi Test new releases and the upgrade process Test new features, workflows and permissions after upgrades Spend time during data focus on governance for FOLIO Permissions, data, circulation rules, etc. Review report from 2019 on Implementation Options and update – LSIS has already started brainstorming. Will be shared with LSPSG. Implementation Options Aleph Support Version 24 scheduled to be released early 2022 Timeline change will require another Aleph upgrade Server’s operating system (RHEL 7) will go out of support in 2022 Server’s Oracle version (19c) will go out of support in 2022 Block time for LSIS to complete upgrade on aleph-test, SMEs to test before moving to production.
