Registration setup in Demosphere (Completed). 2. Sticks. Need to do inventory. 3. Pink/Soft Lacrosse Balls (Mike to pick up from BecomeAthlete) 4. Organize Players by age, into groups. The kids need to be placed into Groups of 5-10 kids, by age group and each group assigned a letter-we use this each week to tell the kids where to go on the field. (TBD) Need to see if we can fix our letters. 5. Insurance. (Carrie or Mike) 6. T-Shirts. Inventoried and added to spreadsheet (TBD) 7. Create/Update the drills sheet for the coaches. (need to find them from last year) 8. Volunteers. We need to assign a board member or coach to each group of kids along with 1-2 high school helpers. 9. T-Shirts for Volunteers. 10. Organize a couple of days before. Last year, someone took the sticks and t-shirts and bundled them together for the kids. 11. Request Field Permit (Carrie) Completed. 12. KONA ICE? Should we get the PoP warner schedule and have KONA is there one day? We could give out a coupon for a free KONA ICE for our players. Summer Camp and Drop in Practices 2025 Registration We can clone the 2024 Season in Demosphere and easily create a new season for 2025.
