Its practical nature encourages participation and improves learning. A Tabletop Exercise is a type of simulation exercise which uses a progressive simulated scenario, together with series of scripted “injects”, to enable participants to consider the impact of a potential event on existing plans, procedures and capacities. A TTX simulates a situation in an informal, stress-free environment.
