So, although they like their core meals and want to see these regularly, they also want to see more sparks of innovation throughout. Innovation and frequency of change The menu… Chosen by our students The menu has been built based on insight using mathematical algorithms. The main hot meals are displayed as option 1 and 2. Optional 1 is the ‘must cook’ for everyone. If you are a larger site, you can choose to have a second option on your counter and in this instance you would run option 2.
