Develop Metrics for Student Success Outcomes and Goals for the Four Categories of Students 1 Enrollment trends are being carefully monitored by university stakeholders by reviewing and utilizing data provided in the HSSU Factbook. First-Time, Full-Time Students (Traditional) Transfer Students 2 4 3 5 increase the enrollment of traditional students from the St. Louis region by 10%. increase the number of students utilizing existing dual-enrollment, dual-degree, and transfer partnerships by 150% or more. increase its adult-learner population from the St. Louis region by 8%. organize a yield event aimed at reestablishing connections with our transfers and returning stop-out scholars options of enrolling in more evening, weekend, or online courses<br>

Establishment of the “Zoom Room” to aid in recruitment efforts - $5700
Student Laptop Loaner Program - $50,000 HSSU Information Technology Center allocated funds for IT support in the following areas: *Systematic process of fund allocation to avoid recipients receiving multiple payouts from more than one fund<br>
