Pathogenesis On the fluids: "Dissolution of fluids of the body, which become acrid, probably caused by Thuja which perverts lymphatic secretions; disturbs digestion and sanguinification."
In the vegetative sphere: A surplus of life producing matter undergoes nearly unlimited proliferation in the shape of pathological vegetations, in the shape of condylomata, warts, sycotic excrescences, spongy tumours and spongy pock exudates which organise hastily.
All morbid manifestations are excessive, but appear quietly so that the beginning of the diseased state is scarcely known.
Extra unwanted growths, by whatever name it may be called, in: ay and every. tissue of body are caused by this great “ KING OF ANTI SYCOTIC DRUG THUJA”.<br>

Constitution Physical make-up:- Hydrogenoid constitution of Grauvogl.
The patients are fleshy having undue and unwanted growths, such as warts, tumours, cysts, etc., having dark hair and dark complexion; unhealthy, oily, greasy skin, bearing warty excrescences and dirfy brownish white spots all over the body. Sycotic dyscrasia.
According to Dr. B.K. Bose of Calcutta, Thuja patients look liké "GANESJI", with distended abdomen and bulky body, having lavish growlh of various tissues everywhere.<br>

MALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM Inflammation of prepuce and glans; pain in penis.
Balanitis. 
Gonorrhœal rheumatism.
Gonorrhœa.
Chronic induration of testicles.
Pain and burning felt near neck of bladder, with frequent and urgent desire to urinate.

Female Reproductive System Distressing, burning pain in left ovarian region when walking or riding, must sit or lie down (Croc., Ust.); worse at each menstrual nisus.
Coition prevented by extreme sensitiveness of the vagina (Plat. — by dryness, Lyc., Lys., Nat-m.).
Leucorrhoea; profuse, thick, greenish, from one period to another.
Erosion of cervix.
Foetus moves violently, awakes her.

Respiratory SYSTEM Short difficult breathing worse from deep breathing and talking.

Extremities Cracking in joints, when stretching them.
Fingers cold, numb, as if dead, on waking at night.
Crawling or inflamed finger or toe tips.
Hip joints give way when walking.
Limbs feel as if made of wood or glass and would break easily.
Limbs feels paralyzed. Knees restless. Painful brittle; crumbling; discoloured, distorted.
Coxalgia with tender soles.
Foul, acrid foot sweat. Nails; ribbed, soft, lengthening of limb.
Ingrowing toe nails.<br>

SKIN Polypi, tubercles, warts epithelioma, nævi, carbuncles; ulcers, especially in ano-genital region.
Freckles and blotches. Perspiration sweetish, and strong.
Dry skin, with brown spots. Zona; herpetic eruptions.
Tearing pains in glands. Glandular enlargement.
Nails crippled; brittle and soft. 
Eruptions only on covered parts; worse after scratching.
Very sensitive to touch. Coldness of one side.
Sarcoma; polypi. Brown spots on hands and arms.
Sleep.--Persistent insomnia.<br>
