First Imperial Credit Union Official Giveaway Rules 77th FICU Birthday “Member Giveaway” 1. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of First Imperial Credit Union, Credit Union volunteers/officials, and their immediate family are ineligible to participate in the giveaway. All FICU members, in good standing, automatically receive one entry into the drawing. FICU reserves the right to disqualify an entry if FICU deems the giveaway rules were not followed. FICU giveaways are void when and where prohibited by law. Eligibility requirements must be met by 12:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, August 29 to be eligible for the drawing. 2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: There is no purchase necessary to enter or to win. 3. ENTRIES: Each member who has an FICU account and/or fills out entry form and submits by mail, will be entered to win. One entry per FICU accountholder. 4. OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM: To request an official entry form, put your name and address on the front of a #10 envelope with First Class Postage and mail in a second envelope that is addressed to: First Imperial Credit Union, Attn: Marketing, 1602 W. Main St., El Centro, CA 92243. You will receive an official entry form by return mail. Limit one entry form per household. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. 5. DEADLINE FOR ENTRY: Official entry forms must be received no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 29, 2019. 6. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $770 deposit to their Savings Account. Winners are responsible for any taxes. 7. DRAWING PERIOD: The Drawing Period begins on August 1, 2019 and ends on August 29, 2019 8. HOW WINNER IS DETERMIND: One (1) winner will be randomly selected within the Drawing Period from all eligible entries received during 8/1-8/29 at noon. The prize drawing will be conducted by FICU on August 30, 2019 at the FICU Main Office located at 1602 W. Main St. in El Centro. All decisions are final. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. To obtain the name of the winner email marketing@ficu.com 9. TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email the day they are selected. Need not be present to win. Winner has three (3) business days to respond to the Credit Union. If the winner does not contact FICU within three (3) business days of the notification, the entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. This process will continue until a winner has been selected. 9. RELEASE: FICU may require a Release Form to be completed by the winner and any other person or persons involved in accepting a prize. Upon accepting any giveaway prize from FICU, the winner releases FICU of any liability or further claims. FICU is not liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information. All entrants agree to grant FICU unlimited use of their name, voice, pictures, quotation or facsimile, without consideration, in conjunction with their participation in any given contest. 10. CHANGES: FICU reserves the right to extend the contest if it so desires. FICU reserves the right to make necessary changes to the contest rules and procedures. In the event of any dispute pertaining to this contest, the decision of FICU management is final. 12. INDEPENDENT OVERSIGHT: The FICU Supervisory Committee shall have independent oversight over all contest activities.
