PRISCILLA L. SEPE , MD , MPH Family Medicine North Penn Family Medical Associates Abington Health Physicians Priscilla L. Sepe , MD, M PH attended Cornell University where s he received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Sepe completed her Maste r’s of Public Health at Thomas Jefferson School of Population Health and then completed her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College . She completed her residency training at Abington Hospital. Dr. Sepe is board certified Family Medicine . Dr. Sepe grew up on a farm in a small rural community, but spent a lot of time traveling and learning internationally before she settled in urban Philadelphia. She has a broad perspective and is sensitive to working with people from a variety of backgrounds. Whil e at Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Sepe volunteered at the student - run medical clinics at local homeless shelters, and traveled to Rwanda to conduct public health projects. Dr. Sepe chose to become a physician because she felt that it was a way she coul d help people better their lives. Her areas of interest include women's health, chronic disease management and working with underserved populations. Dr. Sepe’s personal approach to patient care includes listening to her patients and building relationships with them. In doing so , she is able to su pport and collaborate with them , promoting gradual change towards better health. In her free time, Dr. Sepe enjoys spending time with her family and friends , as w ell as hiking, cooking, pottery, gardening and anything else hands - on and crafty. She is the author of many pee r review ed publications and has presented on topics including hypert ension, global health education and smoking cessation. Dr. Sepe is a proud member of Abington Health Physicians, a network of over 200 primary care and specialty physicians.
