What is Client Services?Internal and external servicing. Department acts as connectors to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal - smooth campaigns and happy clients. Work with marketing to align grids with decks. Provide layer of support in the office in order for sales to focus on selling instead of managing campaigns. Align with Ad Operations to be translators of digital language to sellers and clients, finding resolutions for issues.Client focused, to make them happy. Happy client = repeat business.

Delaware Valley Honda Dealers wanted to stand out from its competition during the annual Philadelphia Auto Show, a key consumer sales initiative, and create buzz in the Greater Philadelphia region throughout the entire winter season.
