Kalamazoo County ID Program Resolution NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners approves the establishment of the Kalamazoo County Identification Card Program as presented in the Task Force’s written report; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Kalamazoo County Identification Program shall to be implemented beginning in January 2018 and administered by the Kalamazoo County Clerk’s Office; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED , that the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners approves the establishment of the Kalamazoo County Identification Program Advisory Board as described in the Task Force’s written Report; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners authorizes an initial budget of up to $60,000 for the first year; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners authorizes the hiring of a .5 FTE staff to support the program.*
