Joiner ensures the tight alignment of HP messaging by overseeing worldwide marketing, ecosystem and partners, as well as go - to - market strategy and enablement functions. In addition, Joiner is responsible for driving and shaping new emerging t echnologies as part of the Autonomy/IM portfolio. Prior to joining Autonomy through the ZANTAZ acquisition in 2007, Joiner served as chief executive officer and p resident of Singlecast Technologies Inc., an early pioneer of information classif ication, real - time policy management , and compliance and legal technologies, which he founded. From 1996 to 2002 , Joiner served as an investment banker with Citigroup in New York City. Joiner holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
