Hip flexed, knees bent, and hyperextend arm back.
Common errors- forget to flex at the hips and knees. Slide4
Underhand Throw
Flex the arm forward and step with opposite leg.
Common errors- loose control of the ball as arm is being flexed and step with the same leg.Slide5

Flip at the risk and follow through to the target.
Common errors- forget to flip at the wrist and when following through the target is missed.
