2Members experiences are consistent with RYSE’s core values and anticipated outcomes. RYSE is a safe place for young people, and one where they feel a sense of belonging and worth, something they were looking for when they first came to RYSE. Young peoples’ relationships with peers and staff are positive and supported,

including increased interactions with and understanding of people from cultures different than their own since coming to RYSE. These relationships are a reason young people continue to come to RYSE. Slide3

Many comments spoke to RYSE being truly focused on young people, including their safety. “RYSE helps out all people of all races, ethnicities and backgrounds more than any other program. It doesn't matter if your 13 or if you're 21, you will still be treated with the same
